By offering comprehensive information on various courses worldwide, children gain insight into diverse fields to explore. This process empowers them to make informed decisions about their future careers. Through personalized guidance, we nurture their potential and pave the way for fulfilling careers. Our aim is to equip children with the knowledge and tools to embark on successful professional journeys.

Why there is a Lack of Passion and Fulfillment?

One of the primary reasons for dissatisfaction in career choices is the lack of passion and fulfillment that many people experience in their jobs. This may stem from the pressure to pursue careers that promise financial stability and societal approval rather than focusing on personal interests and passions.

Survey on Career Counselling

We decided to take a survey of people with various use cases of career counseling. Targeting the users under the age of 16-25, We tried to understand their expectations regarding career counseling.

User Persona

After conducting surveys and user interviews, we established a comprehensive understanding of the core issues. However, the raw data was disorganized and diverse. To distill the users' thoughts and emotions driving their opinions, we meticulously analyzed the data. Through this process, we identified recurring themes and patterns, which we categorized into three distinct user personas for in-depth analysis.

Identifying Challenges

The primary research and user journey map were invaluable in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the current scenario, allowing us to pinpoint challenges effectively. Through meticulous analysis, we were able to uncover insights that provided clarity and direction. These tools served as a cornerstone in our strategic planning process, guiding us towards actionable solutions. By delving deep into user experiences and behaviors, we unearthed key pain points and areas for improvement. This holistic approach enabled us to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within our project. Overall, the combination of primary research and user journey mapping proved instrumental in steering us towards informed decision-making and overcoming obstacles successfully.
